The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport links. The service was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and the nearby shops for any last-minute needs. The airport shuttle was a great bonus, making our arrival and departure seamless. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the pet amenities available were a thoughtful touch. The staff were extremely helpful, providing tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace offered a relaxing space with beautiful garden views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries provided added to the overall luxury of our stay. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were also much appreciated. The dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals available in the restaurant and the convenience of in-room breakfast. The snack bar and bar/lounge area were perfect for indulging in a light snack or a refreshing drink. The poolside area was a great spot to relax, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The spa & wellness centre, sauna, and massage services allowed us to unwind and rejuvenate. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool were lovely additions to the beautiful garden area.

The hotel offered a beautiful and romantic setting for our getaway. We particularly enjoyed the stunning balcony views and the excellent food. The staff was friendly and had an impressive knowledge of the area, providing us with great recommendations for local activities. We did experience some negative aspects during our stay. the lack of air conditioning or a fan in the room made for some uncomfortable evenings.

The internet connection is not reliable, and it can be frustrating when trying to get some work done on your laptop.
